Client story · Training with changing equipment

Baldwin’s story: adapting training to the equipment at home.

Baldwin describes how Christian adapted his program during gym closures, as new equipment arrived, and when recovery called for a change.

The experience, in context.

Baldwin began training with Christian during the pandemic, when gyms were closed and equipment was scarce. His testimonial describes a program that initially required no equipment and made use of what was already at home.

As he added equipment, his exercises changed. He also reports losing body fat, gaining muscle, and having sessions adjusted when his muscles needed more recovery.

In Baldwin’s own words.

I've been training with Christian for more than a year now and I'm absolutely blown away with the quality and attention he puts into each session. I've started during the pandemic when gyms were closed and there was a shortage of gym equipment. Christian was able to design a program that required no equipment and I used what was already in my home. Gradually I started getting equipment and my exercises were adjusted.

I've lost a good amount of body fat, I've bulked and gained chunks of muscles(according to my dexa scans), and whenever my muscles needed more time to recover Christian would change my workout session to adjust. The workouts are super creative and optimized for my goals. It's a pleasure working with him and I will be continuing to work with him. Thanks for being part of optimizing my health!
